These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the products, services, and website of APPAREL 2SOLVE. By engaging with our services or making a purchase, you agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies referenced here in. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
  • By providing information for any purchase, you confirm that all details are accurate and that you have the legal authority to engage in the transaction.

Client Responsibilities

  • Data Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that all personal and project-related information provided to APPAREL 2SOLVE is complete, accurate, and up to date.
  • Product Use: Upon delivery, all products and services become the sole responsibility of the client. APPAREL 2SOLVE is not liable for misuse, unauthorized reproduction, or intellectual property violations arising from the client’s handling of the products.

Prohibited Activities

  • Resale or unauthorized distribution of patterns and services provided by APPAREL 2SOLVE is strictly prohibited.
  • Reverse engineering, copying, or replicating our digital products for commercial gain without prior consent is a violation of these Terms.


Order Process and Delivery

Digital Patterns: Once the order has been processed, it will take a period of 8 hours to be processed, delivered electronically to the email address provided at the time of purchase.

Printed Patterns: Shipped to the physical address specified by the client. Delivery timelines may vary based on the client’s location.

Services (Custom Patterns, Grading, 3D Modeling, etc.): Delivered within the agreed timeframe, contingent upon timely submission of client requirements.


Return, Refunds, and Modifications

Digital Products, Services, and Printed Patterns: All digital patterns, custom patterns, 3D modeling services, grading, marking, and Printed patterns are custom-made are non-refundable due to their personalized nature. [ Follow Return & Refund Policy ].

Adjustments & Modifications: Adjustments may be requested only after the client produces a physical sample to assess the garment’s fit. For custom-made patterns, the cost includes up to two fit adjustments.  However, modifications or adjustments are not included for “ready-to-go” patterns. Clients wishing to alter patterns from the catalog must submit a request for a quote for the desired modifications. [ Follow Return & Refund Policy ]

 

Client Responsibility for Physical Samples:

 APPAREL 2SOLVE is not responsible for the results related to physical samples produced by the client. Design modifications are offered as a separate service and are not included in the original purchase, only fit adjustments are included in the final project price.


Intellectual Property

Ownership: All products and services provided by APPAREL 2SOLVE remain the intellectual property of the company until delivered to the client. Upon delivery, ownership of the specific product is transferred, but rights to reuse or replicate the underlying designs remain subject to these Terms.

Use Restrictions: Digital and printed patterns may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without prior written consent from APPAREL 2SOLVE.

Trademark and Branding: The APPAREL 2SOLVE name, logo, and branding are the exclusive property of the company and may not be used without express permission.


Disclaimer

APPAREL 2SOLVE is committed to offering products and services of the highest quality, using the best techniques and methods available in the industry. Our patterns are designed with precision, and each stage of the process is carried out by highly skilled experts. While we guarantee that each of our products meets strict quality standards, we provide our services and products as is, without any additional warranties, either express or implied, regarding their performance in specific conditions or particular applications. We recommend that our clients thoroughly review and test our products to ensure they meet their needs before final use. We are committed to delivering solutions that exceed your expectations, but always within the limits established by the inherent characteristics of each design and process.

Performance and Fit: While we strive for accuracy in our designs, the fit and performance of patterns may vary based on individual execution and materials used by the client.

Delays or Errors: APPAREL 2SOLVE is not liable for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate client-provided information, third-party shipping services, or force majeure events.

Limitations of Liability: Under no circumstances shall the liability of APPAREL 2SOLVE exceed the total cost of the purchased product or service. This limit applies to the extent permitted by law and excludes any other liability arising from indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use of our products or services. By purchasing our products or services, the customer acknowledges and accepts this limitation of liability.

 

Amendments to Terms

APPAREL 2SOLVE reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via our website or email, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
