Refund policy

At APPAREL 2SOLVE, we value our customers’ satisfaction and the quality of the products we provide. However, due to the nature of our products, the following policies apply:


Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

Services and Products:

Cancellation and Refunds: Once APPAREL 2SOLVE begins working on a project, cancellations and refunds are not possible for services. However, you may cancel an order within one hour of placement, provided the Company has not yet started working on the project.

Digital Patterns and Related Services: Due to the nature of our products, digital patterns, custom-developed patterns, printed patterns, and services like grading, marking, and digitizing are non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

Refunds:

Given the personalized and non-recoverable nature of our products and services, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. However, a full refund may be available for orders cancelled within an hour of placement, provided the Company has not commenced work on the project.

Fit Dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with the fit after the project is completed, APPAREL 2SOLVE is committed to making the necessary adjustments, as long as they are related to fit modifications.

 

Adjustments and Modifications:

Pattern Adjustments: Modifications to digital or custom patterns can be made. APPAREL 2SOLVE will address customer requests for fit adjustments after producing a physical sample, with up to 1 modifications included in the cost of the project. No additional charges will apply for these reasonable fit-related changes.

Additional Modifications: Any modifications unrelated to garment fit will incur a minimum fee of $60 USD, which may increase depending on the complexity of the requested changes.

Modification Process: Adjustments will only proceed once a written agreement is received and any associated fees are paid (if applicable).

Grading and Marking Corrections: Any corrections to grading or marking services will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3D Visualization Changes: Changes to 3D visualizations will be made at no extra cost only if the files have not yet been sent to the client. You are entitled to up to 1 revisions. However, if discrepancies with the initial specifications arise, additional fees may apply.

 

Cancellation & Refunds:

Post-Cancellation Fees: Orders cancelled after 24 hours will incur a $20 USD administrative fee, regardless of whether the order has been started or shipped (in the case of printed patterns that are "ready-to-go"). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, with shipping and handling charges deducted.

Shipped Orders: If the order has already been shipped, the buyer is responsible for covering the costs of the work completed, due to the non-recoverable nature of our products.

 


Customer Recommendations:

Provide Accurate Information: When placing your order, please ensure all details (including email, technical specifications, and shipping address) are accurate and complete.

Review Before Requesting Modifications: Before requesting any modifications, please review the physical sample or the delivered file to ensure the adjustment is truly necessary.
